Giants valued at $12 billion in new Forbes rankings, third-highest in NFL
The figure is up 19% from a year ago, according to Forbes; a separate ranking from Sportico put the team at the same number.
Forbes valued the New York Giants at $12 billion in its 2026 NFL franchise valuations, published Sept. 9, ranking the team third among the league's 32 franchises.
The figure is up 19% from the $10.1 billion valuation Forbes placed on the Giants a year earlier. Only the Dallas Cowboys, at $17 billion, and the Los Angeles Rams, at $13.5 billion, ranked ahead of the Giants.
Forbes estimated the Giants generated $769 million in revenue and $181 million in operating income for the 2025 season. The team is owned by John Mara and Steven Tisch, whose families purchased their shares in 1925 and 1991, respectively.
A separate valuation of the Giants released this month by Sportico, which uses its own methodology, also put the team's value at $12 billion, ranking it third in the NFL. Sportico's figures for the rest of the league differ from Forbes': it valued the Cowboys at $15.5 billion and the Rams at $12.7 billion.
