Giants Host Free Agent RB Najee Harris for Visit

The Giants are hosting free agent running back Najee Harris for a visit Monday, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Harris has been unsigned since tearing his Achilles in Week 3 last season, an injury that ended his run of never missing a game in four seasons with the Steelers. He carries four career 1,000-yard rushing seasons. He visited the Seahawks and met with the Raiders in late March as part of his free-agent search.
The Giants' current backfield is Cam Skattebo, Tyrone Tracy and Devin Singletary. Skattebo played five snaps in Saturday's preseason opener against Minnesota, finishing with four carries for 19 yards, as he continues working back from an ankle injury suffered last season.
Tracy missed a blitz pickup in Saturday's game that sent quarterback Jaxson Dart for a concussion evaluation. Singletary added a 40-yard reception on a screen pass.
