Giants Think Nabers Will Play, Glazer Reports; Decision Waits on Pregame Workout
Fox Sports' Jay Glazer said Sunday the Giants will work Malik Nabers out about three hours before kickoff, then decide. ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reported Saturday the team is "prepared for him to play." Inactives are due at 6:50 p.m. ET.
The Giants think Malik Nabers will play against the Cowboys on Sunday night, but a decision will not come until game time, Fox Sports' Jay Glazer reported on the network's pregame show. Glazer said the team plans to bring Nabers out about three hours before the 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff to work out before a decision is made.
ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reported Saturday in a video posted to X that Nabers is "a full go" in practice and the Giants are "prepared for him to play," but that it is "up to him and how his body feels."
Nabers, who tore his ACL in Week 4 last season, is listed as questionable with a knee injury after full practices Wednesday through Friday, per the Giants' injury report. He said Thursday the decision is his: "It's my career. It's my body. I know when I'm able to play," according to the team's transcript of his media availability. Giants coach John Harbaugh, asked Wednesday whether Nabers would play, said, "We'll find out on Sunday night," per that day's transcript.
