Giants outside linebacker Abdul Carter and both starting offensive tackles, Andrew Thomas and Jermaine Eluemunor, did not practice Thursday, their second straight missed day before Sunday's 1 p.m. home game against the New Orleans Saints.

The Giants' official injury report lists Carter and Eluemunor with calf injuries and Thomas with a groin injury. Cornerback Colton Hood (concussion) and safety Tyler Nubin (neck) also missed practice Wednesday and Thursday.

Carter was not on last week's injury report, and he played 54 of the defense's 62 snaps in Sunday's 27-27 overtime tie at Washington. Thomas was also listed with a groin injury last week; he missed practice Oct. 8, was a full participant Oct. 10 and played all 89 offensive snaps Sunday. Eluemunor hurt his calf at Washington.

Carter has played in all 22 regular-season games since entering the league in 2025 and has taken 92% of the Giants' defensive snaps this season. The front seven is without Brian Burns and Chauncey Golston, both on injured reserve.

Coach John Harbaugh said at his Wednesday news conference that Carter is "doing well, doing very well."

The team's recap of the news conference identified second-year pro Marcus Mbow and rookie J.C. Davis as the replacements at tackle. Mbow played the final 45 snaps at right tackle Sunday after Eluemunor's injury.

For New Orleans, wide receiver Chris Olave (illness), defensive tackle Nathan Shepherd (illness) and linebackers Kaden Elliss (calf) and Anfernee Jennings (knee) missed both practices.

Friday's report will carry the first game-status designations for both teams.
