Malik Nabers is active for the Giants' season opener against the Cowboys on Sunday night. The Giants' seven inactives, per Dan Duggan of The Athletic, are running back Najee Harris, safety Jason Pinnock, cornerback Nic Jones, offensive lineman J.C. Davis, wide receiver Dalen Cambre, tight end Thomas Fidone II and defensive lineman Bobby Jamison-Travis.

Nabers, listed as questionable with a knee injury after practicing in full all week, per the Giants' injury report, was running routes on the field before the inactives came out, Giants.com's Tommy Yarrish posted with video.

Neither Harris nor Pinnock appeared on the Giants' injury report this week. Pinnock is listed as a starting safety on the team's depth chart; Harris signed with the Giants in August. Harris being inactive "surprises me," Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News wrote on X, posting the same seven names.

Cambre, signed to the 53-man roster Saturday as receiver depth, went through the full early warmup, "which inactive players never do," Duggan wrote, adding that it seemed the Giants were making sure they had a contingency in place until they got "the official thumbs up from Nabers." GiantsGator covered the Cambre signing on Saturday.

Dallas' inactives are cornerback Caelen Carson, edge rusher Tyrus Wheat, running back Israel Abanikanda, offensive tackle Ajani Cornelius and wide receiver Camden Brown, per a post on X by Patrik Walker. Cornelius had been a full participant with no game designation on the Cowboys' Friday report.
